Last Day

Today is my Last Day of class! I've learned so much this semester about teaching language arts, especially the writing component. This time, I retained so much more about doing literature groups. I'm planning to incorporate them into my classroom this term with my first graders. I'm also planning to do a lot of fiction writing as suggested from the book from my literature circle, Making Believe on Paper by Ted DeMille. I think using the both of these strategies will enhance my students' writing.
